Q: Is video calling (skype) halaal?

Q: Person A tells Person B the following joke. He says the memon was in Jahannam when he met his friend. His friend said to him that you were so pious, how did you end up here? The memon replied that I have a place in Jannah, but I put my house in Jannah on rent. Person B laughed at the joke. I am aware that in Surah Tauba that there is a verse which speaks about joking about Allah and his signs and this leading one to come out of the fold of Islaam. In the scenario presented above, do both A and B lose their Imaan and in the process invalidate their Nikah?

Q: Is dua an act of Jihad? If we are sharing some graphic pictures of Palestinian, Syrian, or Kashmir Muslims on the internet are we doing jihad (May be some one will pray for them)?

In my office there is a like window separating two section, the section is regarded as the buyers office and my office is regarded as the computer room, May Allah make my magfirtat we have 3 males and one female sometimes the other 2 males go out, is it permissible if someone is still in the buyers office or is it necessary for me to leave the office till they return, are the offices regarded as one since there is no door or hindrance to go from the buyers office to the computer room?

Q: Is it permissible to take pictures of kids in such a way that their face is cropped just for the sake of keeping memories of their childhood. I shall be thankful for your reply.

Q: When we wakeup from sleep, are our hands napaak? If they are napaak, then eating something starting with bismillah and without washing hands can affect our Imaan?

Q: I have a cat which was given to me by a friend. I have been feeding it the fish flavoured cat food. By mistake, my helper bought the gourmet mince flavour. Can I feed the cat with it?

Q: I purchased a farm and whatever it contains from a non-muslim farmer. Afterwards I found out that the non-muslim farmer kept many domesticated pigs as pets on the farm. I thought of loading them up on my truck and dumping them in the bushes, but then I realized that they are tame pigs and in doing so, they will not survive in the bushes and die within days. They are too the creation of Allah Ta'ala, hence I find difficulty in just dumping them and leaving them for dead. I then thought of giving them to another non-muslim farmer but then the thought came to mind that what if I will be assisting them in haraam in doing so? Then I finally thought of shooting them and then giving the meat to a relative of mine who owns a lion park, as food for the lions. Is it permissible for me to give the pig meat to him to feed his lions? If not, then what should I do with these pigs? Please advise.

Q: What is the punishment if someone insults the Prophet? Will he or she still be hanged to death even if he or she repents sincerely?

Q: My husband and I are trying to fall pregnant. Can we use an anonymous egg donor?
