Q: When I sleep, I become paralysed and I can't move my body. I feel like something is pressing on me. Some say it is some scientific thing but I know it is a jinn because the moment he releases me, I read some verses and release it in the air and it stops. What can I do to kill it?

Q: I am a 25 year old male that is experiencing hair loss. I have tried shampoos, creams, tablets as well as hair lazer therapy in order to stimulate hair growth. However none so far has given the desired effect. The other option I am aware of is hair transplant. With the hair transplant there are 2 routes that I can choose. The first option, they take my own hair and transplant it to the areas with less hair, however at my age I have been advised not to go with it. The second option is a Fibre synthetic material which is not human hair which can be transplanted via a non surgical method. My question is, would it be permissable to go with the second option: Fibre synthetic material?
