Q: When someone does good to you, is it Sunnah to say:
- Jazakallah
- Jazak Allah Khair
- Or Jazak Allah Khayran?
What was the practise of Prophet Sallallahu alaihi wasallam and the Sahaba R.A, please provide reference?

Sleeping incorrectly
Q: When I sleep, I become paralysed and I can't move my body. I feel like something is pressing on me. Some say it is some scientific thing but I know it is a jinn because the moment he releases me, I read some verses and release it in the air and it stops. What can I do to kill it?
Hair transplant
Q: I am a 25 year old male that is experiencing hair loss. I have tried shampoos, creams, tablets as well as hair lazer therapy in order to stimulate hair growth. However none so far has given the desired effect. The other option I am aware of is hair transplant. With the hair transplant there are 2 routes that I can choose. The first option, they take my own hair and transplant it to the areas with less hair, however at my age I have been advised not to go with it. The second option is a Fibre synthetic material which is not human hair which can be transplanted via a non surgical method. My question is, would it be permissable to go with the second option: Fibre synthetic material?
Sleeping undressed
Q: Is it allowed to sleep naked wihout clothes during the night or after having relations. Particularily I am asking about the wife and is it allowed to sleep in half cut clothes like bra and panty only or in a maxy?

Q: I claim that I support my nieces on my last year tax return with the permission of my sister but they don't live here, can you please tell me if that money is halaal or haram?
Assisting in evil
Q: Please tell if it is permissible to buy things like razor for your father or another elder, who uses it for shaving their beard? Also, like they ask you to go and buy remote control for TV or like batteries for the remote control etc. Should we act upon their (such) commands?
Pouring urine over a rash
Q: I have a terrible rash on my private part and its very itchy and I loose a lot of sleep because at night it stings and burns. My question is the doctor asked me to pour my urine over my private part it will help heal the rash. Am I allowed to do this because it is umpure and it is najasat unclean so am I allowed to do this and afterwards should I do ghusl?
Purdah between in-laws
Q: Is purdah (hijab) to be observed between the father of the husband and and mother of the wife?

Q: What does Islam say about transsexualism / transgenderism? Is gender identity disorder / gender dysphoria the result of sin? I can not act/live/ be a girl I tried so many times but I couldn't. if I go with the decision to change my gender will I be cursed by Allah? Is Undergoing gender changing operations haram?
