Travelling safar distance

Q: If I intend to travel to a place which is more than 50 miles away (Place A), and intend to stay there for 20 days, I understand that I will not be a traveler and will not do qasr. However, after 20 days at Place A, if I travel to Place B which is 50 miles away from Place A, and intend on staying there for 5 days, will I do qasr in Place B?

Masbooq in witr salaah of Ramadhaan

Q:

1. In Witr Salaah in the month of Ramadhan, if the masbooq joins the Imam in the ruku of the last rakat, is it wajib for the masbooq to recite dua e qunoot when he stands up to complete his missed rakat and in which rakat will he recite dua e qunoot?

2. In Witr Salaah, if the masbooq missed all the rakaats and did not recite dua e qunoot when he stood up to complete his Salaah, is it compulsory upon him to repeat the Witr Salaah after the Salaah time has expired?

3a. If the masbooq turned for salaam with the Imam accidentally or not knowing the masala and he did sajdah sahw at the end, is the Salaah valid?

3b. In the above situation, if he didn't do sajdah sahw, is it compulsory to repeat the Salaah when the Salaah time has expired or is the Salaah valid but incomplete?

4a. When the Imam did salaam to do sajdah sahw, the masbooq accidentally or not knowing the masala, he also turned his head for salaam and then did sajdah sahw at the end of the Salaah, is the Salaah valid?

Which country's wheat price should one consider when paying fidyah?

Q: My question is regarding the fidya for salah of my grandfather that passed away (May Allah forgive his sins and bless his soul). Our family (including aunts and uncles in Pakistan, USA and UK) decided to pay the fidya for his 29 years worth of salaahs that he didn't pray but the problem we are having is about the calculation of wheat as which country's wheat price should we consider. He got matured (the time when salah becomes farz) in Pakistan, lived in Africa for 10 years and also passed away there but his body was brought to Pakistan for burial.

1. Which country's wheat price should we consider? Paksitan, USA (my family resides here) or Africa?

2. After considering the wheat price, how can we divide the payment of the fidya in all the family members? If the wheat price of America or UK is considered then the aunts in Pakistan will not be able to pay as it is too much after the conversion amount in rupees.
