Q: Sometimes, I lose focus during Salaah for over 10 seconds wherein I remain silent and do not recite qiraat. When this happens, I silently think about worldly matters. I don’t do this on purpose. It just happens and takes a while for me to realize that I should focus on Salaah. Does this invalidate the Salaah?
Performing two rakaats sunnat before zuhr due to the fardh salaah commencing
Q: I was offering the four rakat sunnat before zuhr in the mosque. I was offering the second rakat when the iqaamat started, so I completed my salah like a two rakah prayer to join the jamaat. Suppose I am offering Asar or Maghrib and I joined the Namaz in the last Rakaat after missing the first three rakats, now when the prayer ends with "Assalaamu alaikum warahmatullah" by Imam and I get up from "Attahiyyaat", Then what do I have to say first? Do I have to start my next rakat with thana or bismillah?

Q: If I completed my salah and forgot to do sajda sahw, how to do it after salah? After salam if I sit and recite attahiyaat and say salam on the right side and do two sajdah and say salam to both sides. Is it the correct way?
