Q: Should the Muazzin turn his head to the right and left when saying the Iqaamah?

Q: If in a four rakaat fardh salaah, one forgets to recite a Surah after Surah Faatihah in the second rakaat and only remembered when he sat for the first qadah, should he recite a Surah in the third rakaat after reciting Surah Faatihah?

Q: If in a 2 rakaat prayer one does forget to read a surah after surah al Fatiha in the 1st rakaat, should he read two surahs in the 2nd rakaat after surah al Fatiha? If yes, is this Waajib to do so, and what if one wilfully does not do it?

Q: Is it permissible for a haafiza to read loudly the taraweeh namaaz when she is alone at home? Reading loud also enables her to remember the dhor better.

Q: Can we read salaatul chaast at the time of ishraaq?

Q: If after saying 3 or more times the tasbih, one makes unintentionally a shaking movement with the head (because of holding the forehead and nose firmly to the ground) does this break the prayer (in the view of Abu Yusuf that tadil arkaan is fard)? Or is after saying 3 times the tasbih the obligatory sajdah already fulfilled and the movement does not matter?

Q: An Imaam said Allahu Akbar in stead of Sameallah who liman hamedah. He did not make sajdah sawh. A brother got angry and made him repeat the salah. The Imaam was not present on this day hence the chaos. My question is this:

1. Was sajad sahw necessary?
2. Does the salah go through with out it?
3. Did they have to repeat the salah?

Q: Which is more preferred and rewarding? Sunnah and Nafal Salah at home or at the Masjid?

Q: 

1. In salaah I was reading a surah after surah fatiha. As I was reading it I wasn't sure if I read my surah fatiha, so I started from the beginning with surah fatiha. Is my salaah accepted?
2. In the future if I forget if I read surah fatiha what should I do? Should I make sujdah sahu , or as above?

Q: There are 2 silence boards in the masjid, but the one in the masjid has a white background and the head and hand are black color. Sometimes when I join the saff this board falls in front of me, or to my left or right, or sometimes diagonal (2 o'clock). Would in such instance my salaah with this board makruh? I have told the chairman about this board and he told me since the head has no eyes there is nothing wrong with it. Is this true? Since I have told them and they say there is nothing wrong with it, and if it is in reality indeed makruh is it still makruh for me since I have approached them about?
