Q: What is the ruling with regards to selling items related to Easter such as Easter eggs and other similar items like hot cross buns, etc.?

Q: Muhammad owns a property. He was thinking of giving his wife half ownership of the property and may have made an intention in his heart to gift it. He never told her verbally directly or indirectly about this and as far as she is concerned it belongs to him. Neither did he tell anybody else or wrote anything about it.

He later decided against giving it. Does he still own the full property or does his wife now own half?

Q: I am an intern doctor. We get many samples of medicine from different pharmaceuticals companies. They gives us the sample and describe about the ingredients, benificial ratio for patient and we also can learn of newer generations of medicine which is available now in our country. The packet of samples contain only few medicines e.g.: 2/3 tablets, 1 injection, etc. Because its only a physician sample and over the packet it's written that "physician's  sample, not for sale".

Now my question is, 'Is it halal to sell this sample and use the money for myself'? Many interns sells this product at 40-50% less than the market price. If it is not halal then can I sell and give the money to an orphan child?

Q: I'm working as a cashier. My company says no illegal business while doing your duty. But in my location, some illegal business is going on and the company knows about it but remains silent. Maybe they are supporting this activity. Can I earn money from this source? Is it haram or what?

Note: The business we are doing is exchanging money for customers at a bank rate and we sell this currency outside then we get a profit from it

Q: As per new Saudi rules, they are charging many levy, taxes, even charges of exit/entry and iqama charges. My father have 7 dependents under him which and we are paying government more than 40,000 riyal from our halal earned money. In this case, is it possible to pay them by depositing our money in fixed deposits and give them interest amount and get rid of it? 

Q: If I give my grand children or my children gifts, can I make the intention for sadaqah?

Q: Is it permissible to stay on rent in a house which was built using stolen money, materials stolen belonging to a masjid and a house purchased with drug smuggling, gambling money?

Q: A man proposes for a woman, and both are satisfied with the proposal. He has a business where he sells equipment as a living, primarily CCTV camera systems. He has also sold DJ equipment (exact details are not known) on 2 occasions. My questions are as follows:

1. Is the selling of CCTV camera systems permissible?

2. Is the selling of DJ equipment permissible?

3. Is his income halal, and would it be permissible for the woman to go ahead and accept his proposal?

Q: I want to invest some money in a friend's import export business against which he would give me a fixed monthly income regardless of the actual profit or loss he makes in the business. Is it halal for me to do this investment and take monthly fixed profit?

Q: I am reading about the Quran and old Islamic economic system. Is it true that if any country or bank prints paper currency more than gold or silver reserves, it will be ribah or sin? Some Islamic teachers say that paper currency is a fraud because paper currency is more than Gold reserves, and in Islam money is which has intrinsic value like wheat, barley, dates, salt or gold and silver?
