Adding the condition "goods belong to the seller until paid for" in a sale

Q: Please advise on below:

1. Many companies state at the bottom of their invoice "goods remain the property of the above company until fully paid for" What is the status of the goods?

2. Is it amaanat or does ownership pass on to the purchaser? Is such a condition permissible?

3. Will the sale be faasid if such a condition is added?

Employment involving the sale or handling of haraam items

Q: It seems that most jobs I’m qualified for are somehow indirectly related to the sale of haram items. I’ve seen Muslims working at these places, so I was wondering if I’m just overthinking about these things. The job I was thinking of getting is a stocking job where I may have to put haram products on the shelves of the stores. Is it haram for me to work at such a job?

Being an agent for a company whose dealings are unclear

Q: Zaid has invested Bakr’s money in one ABC Group of Companies. ABC Group has given Zaid commission on Bakr's investment. ABC Group has provided Zaid with the title of Sales and Marketing agent where his work is to just convince & collect investment from people for ABC Group. ABC Group does not pay any salary to Zaid but pays commission on the amount of investment collected per month from people. ABC Group has appointed thousands of Sales and Marketing agents/executives like Zaid to collect investment. These Agents have no record or idea of amount of investment being dumped in ABC Group. On contrary if any agent questions this to ABC Group he is terminated from his position. Their work is to spread the word given by ABC Group without questioning on public or private forum. ABC Group has formed no. of different Companies under its umbrella and shows some physical assets & its operation to agents and investors. But when we check the Audit report & Balance sheet of these companies from related Government Department we clearly find that paid up capital is almost nothing against the amount being collected. We find that profit & loss statements are false & not even equal 1% of profit what is actually being distributed to investors. Zaid & Bakr have no clarification for this.

Further to convince and attract more and more investors ABC group is occasionally inviting such non-Muslims film actors and actress who are famous for their vulgarity in Movies and TV Serials. Agents and investors both know it very well.

Question:

1. The commission amount what Zaid & other agents/executive gets from ABC Group is Halaal or Haram?

2. The profit amount what investors are getting from ABC Group is Halaal or Haraam?

Returning outstanding money to the creditor

Q: I have taken/borrowed some money from a shop as I do not have enough money. I told the shopkeeper that I will give you the remaining amount next time I come, so he agreed and he further reminded me to pay otherwise on dooms day Allah will ask me about it. I didn't give him the remaining amount but now few months later I visited his shop to pay the remaining amount but the shop has been closed. When I asked about him from some of his neighbour's shops, they told me that he has closed his shop from here. I want to pay him his remaining amount. Can you guide me what I have to do?

Creditor waving off the debt

Q: I want to ask a question about qarz. Once when I was younger like 10 years old, I asked my friend for some money and he gave it but today I heard if you don't pay back the money, you are in trouble with Allah Ta'ala and are going to get punished after death but I am pretty sure that friend said he doesn't need the money and I don't have to repay him because he's my friend so do I still have to pay him his money back? It was like 1 pound only.
