Selling livestock without taking possession of the livestock

Q: I've been doing livestock for the past year, I wholesale and retail livestock throughout the year and I try to do everything in the best of my ability and in the halaal way.

Yesterday I came across someone who told me the way I'm running my business is haraam.

I'm From Durban and I get livestock from Northern Cape, Free State and Eastern Cape. So when I wholesale throughout the year as customers want animals, I order from the different farmers and get it delivered directly to the customer. The farmer will send me a video, I will send the video to my customer and if he is happy then I will confirm the order with the farmer and get it delivered to the customer.

Qurbani time the farmers know that I take alot more animals so they call me or video call me and tell me they have this amount of animals for me and keep it aside. Basically they book it for me and as I get customers I call them and tell them to send this amount of animals from my lot to the customers location. I haven't personally seen the animals. The farmer does send me videos and video calls me and I don't have time to go and see them.

Is it permissible the way I trade? If not, then all the money I earned and consumed is haraam and how do I go about fixing this issue? Please advise me.

Adding a clause in a contract that if a person does not complete the work by a certain time then he will be fined and will not receive a salary

Q: I did a job in a company that gave me a project for a week with a guideline that if I complete this project within 7 days, they will pay my salary otherwise I'll have to pay some charges if I am not able to complete my task. Is this okay?

Permissible method of purchasing a car from the bank

Q: If one buys a car using the following method will it be permissible:

ABC person tells the bank to purchase the car from a dealer. A purchase & sale agreement is done between the dealer and the bank. Just say the bank buys the car for 100000 and then a purchase and sale agreement is made between the bank & I, that I purchase the car from the bank for 120000 fixed regardless of changes to the haraam interest rate. Theres 2 separate transactions. Will this type of deal be permissible?

Gifting a Kruger coin

Q: Is it permissible to purchase and keep or give as hadiya etc. a Kruger coin, as it contains a picture of a Springbok. (It can be kept in a casing which covers the moorat).

Also, it is not possible to carve out the tasweer from the coin. Many people give Kruger coins as Mahr etc. What would be Mufti sahebs advise on this.

Q: I wanted to find out about the following to questions regarding interest.

1. Is it permissible to hire out people with interest money to repair potholes which the government supposed to do and are not doing so. Would it affect the maslah if the person who gave the interest money to repair the roads is also using the roads and taking benefit from this interest money?
