Q: What is the law in shariah with regards to paying royalty and advertising fees to a franchise purchased?

Q: I am working under a company which scam people but my job is to give them money and send them to the other people who will soon scam them. 

What should I do? I need to spend at least 6 months here to go back to my country or I need to pay them 1700$ to get my passport + I need ticket money too. So I have no idea what to do. Please guide me through this difficult time.

Q: 

1. I sell products from my business website. My supplier has 200 products. I stock 100 items but list all 200 items on the website stating 'available on order'. The customer purchases and pays for the item and I then order and ship it to the customer. Is this permissible? 

2. I post items on my WhatsApp for sale... Customers know I don't have the product. The supplier has numerous agents like myself who advertise and purchase according to order. Customers place orders and once I receive the item, they pick up and pay. Is this permissible or how can this be structured in a permissible manner?

Q: I get many customers who are either semi-drunk or completely intoxicated. Will it be permissible to sell to them? 

Q: 

1. Would it be halal for me to sell gold to a cash for gold place because there is a high chance they will sell this gold to a refiner, scrap gold buyer or so on and they might use this gold to make gold jewellery for men etc.? 

2. What about selling grapes to a business that sell grape related products so the grapes I sell to them can be used to make their grape juice or it can be used for their wine etc. Will the income be haram? Because I’m unsure what they will use it for.

Q: I have a question regarding the government sassa grant.

I have a stable job alhamdulillah, my wife is a housewife and we are not zakaatable alhamdulillah.

Can I receive the grant for my child?

Q: Can I use interest from the bank to pay for my grand kids dentistry? Their mother is single and there's no medical aid.

Q: Please clarify the following: 

We have booked and paid for a hotel breakfast. Is it permissible to take food items to my room that I am unable to eat in the breakfast room but will eat a little later.

Q: I receive ebucks via FNB when I buy from Takealot, or fill fuel or if I buy from Checkers with my virtual card. Is it permissible to earn these ebucks and to use it to pay bank fees, fill fuel etc.?

Q: Please advise if investing in shares in publicly listed companies which sell the following is permissible or not: 

1. A Distribution/Retail business whose main business is pertaining to selling foods, cosmetics, appliances, bakery, butchery (haraam meat also sold) sells alcohol also. 

2. A mining, telecommunications or property holding companies that has conventional bank loans and fixed deposits that earn interest?
