Futile games

Q: Is this gambling:

Person A says to person B: If I catch you, you have to give me a prize (and there was no mention that if person A does not catch person B, person A will give a prize to person B.)

Making funny videos with Islamic elements

Q: I wanted to ask about what is the ruling on making funny videos using Islamic elements in it? I saw a video where a man asked two guys that what is their name. So the first guy answered that his name is Yunus. So the questioner said if you can recite the Surah Yunus then I will give you 100 dollars. The first guy failed to recite the Surah. When the questioner asked the second guy that what is his name. He said, my name is Kawthar and started smiling weirdly. It is like he lied about his name and chose the name of an easy Surah so he can get the money.

So I wanted to know is it permissible to make such funny videos using Islamic elements? And what is the ruling on laughing at such videos?

Taking a picture of an animate object and removing the head before sending it

Q: When a person takes a picture on WhatApp, if a person doesn't send it and presses back, the picture disappears.

My question is, if you take a picture of an item to show someone and there's a logo on it and you remove the head on the logo before sending, is this permissible since the picture with the logo head is not accessible once you send it?

Responsibility of taking care of a baaligh boy who is mentally challenged

Q: Who is responsible from both parents to assist a baligh boy who is mentally challenged, to assist him in shaving, scrubbing and bathing. He is 24, but looks like a 14 year old. His hands cannot reach out to even wash himself in the toilet, hasn't got flexible fingers to use properly.

The mother does everything as the father shows very little or no interest. Please advise.

She doesn't mind taking care of her son, but also wants the father to share in the reward Allah will grant, in sha Allah.

Wearing the niqaab even though one's family may disagree

Q: I just applied for a part-time job and they require that I remove my pardah (niqaab). I usually do not wear it in my home town due to my home situation as a revert and my family is against it and out of respect for them I do not wear it. However I made the intention to wear it full time even though my family would still disagree.

My question is: What is the ruling on this and would it be advisable to wear it even though it may cause arguing and tension at home, and should I ever take off my niqaab (in future) for the sake of a job?
