Q: I am editing a kitaab where I have placed different titles in arabic (Alayhis salaam, Radi-Allahu-Anhu etc.) after the names of the Sahaabah, Prophets and Angels etc. Most of them came standard with the software I use however it was missing one which was Radi-Allahu-Anhaa, to be used after A'isha. I found a suitable arabic image for it online but I would like to know should I ask the owner of the documents permission before using this image ? I'm not taking any information from the document itself just the arabic title itself as it is difficult to find a nice image otherwise.

Q: If a person pays for airplane tickets with a credit card then certain banks offer free travel insurance due to the payment being made with their credit card. Will it be permissible to use this insurance?

Q: A person shipped an item with a courier, only paying for the courier service without any additional insurance fees. The courier company does however provide insurance for lost or damaged parcels as part of their service.

A parcel was lost and the courier company offered to pay out the value of the item, subject to one filling out a claim form. Will it be permissible to make this claim and recieve the payment of the value of the lost item?

Q: I am working as a software engineer. I have got a job from one of the companies in a non-Muslim country. They want me to develop a mobile app/website for dating and for liquor purchases ordering from restaurants. Please guide me whether to accept this work or not.

Q: If a person, who in ignorance, took out an interest loan, thereafter realized his sin, made sincere taubah and made a promise to Allah never to take such loans again. However he still has the debt/loan to pay off and he doesn't have the full amount to settle it. Now going forward, does he still fall under the curse of Nabi (salallahu alayhi wa sallam), as he still has to pay off the loan and he will still be paying interest? Please advise whats the way to correct the situation.

Q: Please advise the shariah ruling regarding giving sinni (gifts) when a child is born. 

Q: Is it permissible to open an interest-bearing bank account with the only intention of donating the accrued interest to a non-Muslim cat feeding organisation?

Q: I want to work in an export company that is selling halaal products, but the company is purchasing insurance for the goods that are exported and every time the goods are exported the company buys insurance for the goods.

Is it permissible for me to work in that company? Will my job and and income be halaal?

Q: As we always learnt that we should always keep in mind the virtues of actions in front of us whilst doing a good action and keep on checking our niyyat.

I would like to find out what is the reward of loaning wealth to someone that is in a financial situation to fulfill a need/necessity .

Q: If someone wants to visit their family and friends living in a country which requires the covid insurance (small amount like $40) which is mandatory at the time of entry, is it allowed?
