Using video calling to communicate with deaf people

Q: The reason I'm writing this mail is to know a clarification. We have a lot of Muslim deaf brothers all around the world especially a lot of effort is being made in the field of Tabligh among them in our country (Sri Lanka). The only way they can communicate with other deaf brothers is by doing a video call when they are at home or work (because they are unable to speak/hear so we need to use sign language to communicate by video). Since the video is not reproduced (it's just a live stream) and the objective of the call is to discuss an important matter - would that render video call permissible? (By no means do I consider the television streaming permissible but I would like to understand the point of video call at this point because it's vital).

Cosmetic surgery

Q: I have a question regarding cosmetic procedures... I know they are not allowed in Islam, however are they allowed when somebody's appearance has changed due to heavy black magic/Jinn? My skin has become very dark on my face, patches of black marks everywhere, hair loss, loss of so much weight due to constantly vomiting (no medical cause) features have become so manly due to this. I'm only 26 years of age but even my teeth are breaking. I've had 5 teeth which have been broken by just chewing normal food in one year (again no medical cause) and its not because i ate too many sweets. I don't want to do this for cosmetic reasons it's just black magic has already destroyed my appearance so much to the extent I'm scared my husband will desire and go to other women. Even me and my husband have sihr of seperation.. my niyat for thinking of cosmetic surgery is just to rectify what has been changed due to the sihr. Not change anything in any other way but just rectify to it's original state.

Talking to inanimate objects

Q: Is asking or saying things to inanimate objects haram (or shirk)? For example, absentmindedly saying 'work faster' to your computer when it is slow or 'please stop hurting' to an injured limb? obviously, the person does not believe that these objects have any power whatsoever and that Allah is really the one in control.
